ANTI-SPAM POLICY

The Intersoft Group, Inc. (Intersoft) enforces a zero tolerance spam policy. Intersoft's Support actively monitors email sends going to a large number of email addresses. If Intersoft finds any customer to be sending spam emails using Cobalt, Intersoft will immediately shut down said customer’s account without warning and without refund. If you suspect that a current Cobalt customer is sending spam emails please notify us at, abuse@intersoftgroup.com.

Every email message sent through Cobalt must contain an Opt Out link whether it be a website or email address. If email messages are being sent without such link Intersoft will terminate the customer’s Cobalt account without warning and without refund.

Spam is classified as unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). You may only send emails to Users that have given you permission to collect their email address or Users that have a pre-existing business relationship with you.

As of January 1, 2004 the federal government enforced an Anti-Spam law for all states. This law includes specific requirements on sending commercial emails and can enforce a penalty that includes a fine and/or imprisonment of up to 5 years.
